Water and Wellness Randers
Water and Wellness Randers is a new subtropical aqua park in Randers. One of Denmark’s most contemporary and handicap-friendly aqua parks awaits you. The aqua park has a huge amusement area, family changing rooms, a baby and children’s pool, indoor and outdoor hot water pools, a lazy river, and water slides on its 6.700 square meters. There is plenty of space for the entire family to have fun and relax.
Food and drinks are also available from the café in the pool area.
Musik- og teaterhuset VærketMusik- og teaterhuset Værket
Vrket, a concert and theatre venue in the Danish town of Randers, is housed in an ancient power plant. The historic power plant has been meticulously refurbished to meet the requirements of a contemporary venue. Cultural events range from classical and rhythmic live shows, theatre, musicals, opera, comedy, ballet, and much more in the historic structures built between 1880 and 1906.
With over 100.000 visitors a year and roughly 400 events, Vrket has been the cultural power center for Randers and Kronjylland for the past 30 years.
Cold Hand Winery
Visit the Cold Hand Winery vineyard, which produces some of the world’s best fruit wines. Enjoy a visit to Cold Hand Winery, which features delicious meals and unforgettably good wine. Wine is made from Danish fruits in the vineyards of Cold Hand Winery — award-winning wines on a European scale, wines that are sold in the greatest European restaurants. The wines are made from high-quality apples, but there are other wines made from cherries, pears, blackcurrant, plums, redcurrant, and other fruits.
Randers Kunstmuseum
Randers Kunstmuseum offers a variety of engaging art experiences for visitors of all ages. The museum houses work by some of the most important personalities in Danish art during the last 200 years. There are 4.000 works of art in this one-of-a-kind collection. Sven Dalsgaard, a lifelong Randers resident, has over 1.000 works in his portfolio. The spectacular mirror-and-glass piece ‘Det Kosmiske Rum’ (The Cosmic Room) by artist Tróndur Patursson may also be seen.
Randers Teater
Have a look at Randers Teater, which offers a variety of events, including local event management and a diverse repertoire for both children and adults. The theatre hosts many guest performers and creates 3-5 performances every year. The theatre is an important aspect of the town’s cultural life.
